Christmas Vacation

Sorry about the lack of posts here. My life is just *SO* busy, especially with all the Christmas festivities. We had an awesome ride to Salt Lake to see Grandma and Grandpa Prestwich. Some guy in a truck gave me a thumbs up as he passed us.

I watched everyone open presents. Grandma and Grandpa gave me brand new tennis balls. Perfecto.

It was really exciting.

And I got to hang out with my cousin Duke.

All in all, a great weekend.

Hey guys. I realize its been a while, and I apologize. I've been a busy busy dog this summer. Hopefully I'll post something more interesting soon. For now, its just hi-bye.

Mom and dad are moving to Colorado for the summer so dad can sell for Comcast. They can't take me with them and I told them I'd be fine on my own.

They didn't believe me and are trying to find someone to take me for the summer. I'm not sure if they'll find someone nice enough so I thought I'd try myself.

About me:

• I'm a 3 1/2 year old yellow lab with amazing brown eyes that will just melt your little heart.
• I am completely house trained (which means I NEVER go potty in the house) and I don't shed a whole lot because I have short hair. Plus, mom and dad have this little brush that gets the undercoat out before it gets on their floor.
• I'm awesome with kids of any age. I love that they keep throwing the ball for me long after the adults have stopped. I'm good with other dogs too, even annoying puppies.
  
• I sleep outside in my dog house once in a while, but I prefer to sleep upstairs with mom and dad on my little bed.
• I don't chew on things, I don't think I ever have. Pretty sure I skipped that entire first stage of puppy life because I'm so great.
• I'm vaccinated for all the dog stuff including rabies and I have a nifty little tag to prove it.
• I love to be involved with the family and to be where you are, although you probably wouldn't think it based on how much I nap around the house.
• I don't jump up on people, I have very good manners. Which is a very good thing because I weigh probably 80 pounds.

I'm so great that mom and dad can't sell me off just because they have to move for the summer. So please call, text, or email mom or dad if you think that you could play with me for the summer.

Mom and dad will provide food and Hartguard (my preventative heartworm medication) and all that good stuff, so all you have to do is be blessed with the beauty of my presence.

If you have vacations planned or it turns out its just not working out for you, mom and dad said I can always come back to live at the farm without them. They just hate to be a burden on Grandma or Monte so they're trying to find someone that can love me for the summer.

Rough Day

I hate it when my ball disappears. Mom stops getting it for me after about the 5th time.
